Signed For: Please note, for ‘signed for’ deliveries, someone must be present at your chosen shipping address to receive the parcel. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card, and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
International Duties and Taxes Terms: We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, missing or delayed parcels enroute. We use international courier UPS Couriers as our chosen courier, and, although 99% of overseas packages arrive on time in perfect condition, once UPS Courier handover parcels to the courier in recipients’ countries, we no longer have control, or responsibility, over that parcel’s delivery. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes when sending overseas.
PO Box Delivers: We cannot be held responsible for deliveries whereby a PO Box, or forwarding address, is supplied by a customer with their order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses input by customers. We are responsible for delivering your package to the correct building in the address given at checkout but are not responsible for the security of said package thereafter. Providing the item has been delivered to the correct GPS location of the building in the address, we have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All Karma orders are sent using UPS Couriers Internationally. You can track your order by entering your tracking number UPS Tracking service online. Typically, you will receive your parcel’s unique tracking number once your order has been dispatched by one of our team. Tracking is available from the time your order is dispatched, to the point it is marked as delivered.
CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED ANY FASTER?
If your order is time sensitive, please ensure you email us at our Customer Service team at email@example.com, quoting your name, order number and time sensitive deadline. We will always do our best to help to ship by UPS Express Plus, the delivery charges are extra as per country.
